Overview

Orlando’s Fire Life Safety Division lists a fire-watch request service alongside its inspection and permitting services. Use that service or contact the division to discuss the affected systems and occupancy. For special events, Orlando separately identifies circumstances such as deactivated protection systems and certain special effects that require fire watch.

Who can perform fire watch in Orlando?

Ask Orlando Fire Department to confirm who may perform the watch for your site, including required training, duties, and any local approval. A private course certificate does not by itself establish local acceptance.
